You can’t sell that water
‘Only fools and horses’ was a British sitcom in the 80’s and 90’s. Dell Boy was a wheeler dealer, always up for a quick buck and at one stage tried to sell bottled water from his own house.
Rodney, pictured here in a lovely geansai gorm, was Dell Boy’s sidekick who just tagged along.
Anyway, a family in Plymouth recently had a spring burst underneath their garden. Hmm… business opportunity perhaps?
Well, not according to the council, “If there is no fault with the main, then this would suggest an underground spring or blocked culvert may be causing the problem, in which case, we would have to take appropriate action to divert the water.”
Should’ve kept it quiet
